| John Sparks - Creative Director Hello and thanks for your interest in reading my profile. I ran my own optician's business with a variety of partners for almost 20 years before working part time at Sheffield University for an MA in IT Management. I then left optics and started working as a consultant in Internet business strategies and relationship marketing. I have also worked as a lecturer teaching computing and multimedia. After the purchase and sale of a large victorian house in Paisley, followed by the ongoing project of a complete refurb of a house in Erskine, I decided to learn more about property development and investment. My quest for information led me first to Parmdeep Vadesha's free property course and then on to the full course. After reading and digesting the full course I began to visit and contribute to several property forums and to build up a network of like-minded property investors and developers. I now specialises in Joint Venturing with other investors and developers and currently have multiple ongoing projects. I became involved with Gavin after attending his excellent SPNC networking meetings and have worked closely with him and Graeme to create SPNCevents. As networking with other investors and developers is central to my involvement with property, I intend to meet many new contacts at our events and hope that everyone will make the most of what will be great networking opportunities. My interest in networking has also led directly to me taking on the role of Regional Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland for UK property company A Quick Sale Ltd.
